Hyundai Motor Co. announced on Thursday that it launched EVery Care, an integrated program that will take care of customers' electric vehicle (EV) life, from purchasing an EV to charging the vehicle, used car residual value guarantee, and loaner support.

Benefits include charging credits or home charger support (including installation costs), guaranteed residual value of used cars, and support for new car exchange.

The EVery Care program offers several benefits tailored to the EV lifecycle, including charging credits or support for home charger installation (including installation costs), guaranteed residual value of previously owned cars, and support for new car exchange.

It's intended to encourage customers to purchase Hyundai's electric vehicles with confidence, enhance their satisfaction with EV usage, and promote the adoption of EVs in the domestic market.

Starting from Febr. 21, any customer who newly acquires an IONIQ 5, IONIQ 6, or Kona Electric from Hyundai can avail of the EVery Care program.

New EV buyers can choose between charging credits or support for home charger installation based on their charging environment.

Urban residents who frequently use public charging stations can receive up to 1.6 million credits (approximately two years' worth of charging fees), while those living in standalone homes can get support for the installation costs of a 7Kw-grade home charger worth 1.6 million won.

To minimize customer concerns over the depreciation of EVs, Hyundai also offers a guarantee on the residual value of existing EVs.

Customers who sell their IONIQ 5, IONIQ 6, or Kona Electric within three years and trade it in for a new Hyundai vehicle can receive up to 55% of the original purchase price.
